WAYDE JOHNSON

With a deep understanding of construction, project delivery, and meeting clients’ building and budget needs from concept to turnover, Wayde’s experience spans decades and hundreds of projects across the United States including office, retail, churches, daycare centers, and manufacturing projects. Building a career solely in the construction industry began in 1992 as an Amcon intern which advanced to project manager for 10 years and led to establishing his own company where he gained valuable insight. He rejoined Amcon as a partner in 2018. As president, Wayde guides clients through site selection, financing, government approval processes, and development as well as continues to oversee projects on the front-end and throughout the project. His expertise is backed by experience working with a multitude of county, city and state agencies as well as subcontractors on projects in other states.
He ensures that Amcon is a valuable, single-point resource to simplify the intricacies that are involved in constructing a building. “My goal is to provide exceptional services to the customer by listening to their needs. Much of our work in the preconstruction phase – planning the work before working the plan – allows us to make a strategic, cost-effective blueprint and provide guidance regarding the type of product and methods of delivery.”
